(Six) 29" Series 380 Balances with 15-029 Winged Shoes

1) Request special order for 6 (Six) 29" Series 380 Channel Balances be made to replace my original Keystone Channel Balances.
2) Original Keystone model label attached.
3) Request Stamp Option 2830 (sash weighs 20 lbs); Keystone stamp marked "28C" just above winged shoe.
4) Install with "Channel Balance Top, Winged 19-005" (11/16" unit depth x 1/2" body width). Understand Original Equipment (OE) on Series 380.
5) Install with "Winged Channel Balance Shoe, 7/8" depth 15-029" (15/16" wing width x 7/8" unit depth x 1/2" body width). PDF attached.
