Does the link arm have an offset? If it does, see our 39-171 and 39-172 operators and compare our dimensions to yours to see if this matches what you need. 

As for your balance, it looks like your top and bottom fittings might have broken off or are missing. Can you show us an undamaged balance with both fittings intact?
