Spindle screw

Question

I need help finding this screw spindle for this type of handle. The screw part of the spindle is damaged and won't open up the enteygard window crank.

Hey there, thanks for posting! The screw spindle you are referring to is called a worm gear and, unfortunately, it is not sold by any company. The reason being that it only comes out when the operator is irreparably damaged in some way, as in your case. So, this is not something that can be repaired or replaced. You will need a new casement operator.

We can help with recommending a replacement but we have to see the whole device removed to determine the most accurate match.
