Spinning crank!

A quick learner from DC says:
Hello I am looking for some guidance on what I need to replace so that my casement window will close. The crank works fine opening the window (top hinged dual arm) but spins back out of the base when attempting to close. It looks as if the retaining nut has stripped out the crank case.

I have a video has well but I am not sure of that uploaded.

Thanks,
Zach

Hi Zach, thank you for posting,

It appears that the worm gear is stripped ,which will require replacing the full operator. To further review with the window open, we will need to see a clear view of the operator arms from a bird's view. Thank you!

Perfect, thank you!
