Good morning,
The metal portion of the balance is 28".
The plastic tip is white.
The outer diameter of the tube is 7/16"
Which balance should I order?
My windows are tilt-in.
The actual diameter of my balance is 27/64.
Would either your 3/8 or 5/8 work?

Hey there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we've never seen a 7/16" diameter spiral balance before. We only sell 3/8" and 9/16" diameter balances which would be the Series 900 and Series 600, respectively. We can't help if the diameter is 7/16", unfortunately.
I was personally leaning towards the Series 900 at first glance but the diameter is strictly 3/8". You may want to triple-check the size just to be sure.
