Hello,

You could have either the S600-16 or S900-16 spiral balance but your balance should have a plastic cover covering the housing tube, which has most likely broken off. You'll need to find a balance in one of your windows with an intact cover to determine if the diameter is 5/8" or 3/8". 

You'll also need to weigh your window sash to confirm the correct tip color for your replacements by following the chart under the balance product description. Thanks for posting.
