Hi,
I have an Alum-clad Ply Gem window (installed in 2012) with a broken balance spring. The tag on the plastic tube reads F36061K. It's 5/8" diameter x36" in length. Do you have replacements?
The metal plate that attaches to the bottom of the window frame is broken (see photo) so I would need that also. Photos are attached to provide visual information.
