Spiral Balance is stuck in shoe!

Question

I bought the spiral balance charging tool from Swisco but I cannot remove the spiral balance from the pivot lock shoe. Please see attached photo. I need to replace some of these balances and recharge others but I am having trouble removing the balance.

Looks like you will have to use a tool like our 75-006 to pull the spiral down, then out. That should free the spring from the shoe.
