Spiral Balance

Question

The picture shows the lower attachment of the spiral balance. The lower attachment is bent, it should be straight. Could you please let me know what attachment that is? Thanks

Thanks for writing in! We do not have this exact balance bracket but I believe either the 17-012 or the 17-031 could work for your repair. Carefully compare each of them to yours to determine the best match. Their specifications can be found on the website.

If you are in need of replacement balances, I'll need to know the length and diameter of the tube. I'll also need to know the exact weight of the window sash.
