Spiral Balance Help

Hello, my balancer is about 23.75", and the tip is a light green color? It was a home depot window. What would work? thanks, Jim

Thanks for posting. Could you show us pictures of the spiral balance's colored tip? And could you also tell us the diameter of the outer tube, and confirm again the length of the outer tube? Be sure not to include the colored tip in this measurement. Let us know, thanks.
