Thanks for posting. Could you confirm that the outer tube, not including the colored tip, is 24"? And could you confirm the diameter of the outer tube? If it's 3/8", see our S400-24 for Non-Tilt Windows. It looks like you need the green tip, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 14 through 26 lbs. Let us know what you think.

The outer tube is 23" the color tip is blue not green diameter 5/8
