Spiral Balance Help

Question

I have a 19 inch 5/8 " tube balance. I need the parts to go into the both of the window as well. They are white plastic and were broken.

Take a look at the S500-19. Look over all the specifications, including the 19-1/2" length of the inner spiral rod, to confirm it matches what you have. You'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash to determine which color tip option you need.
