Spiral Balance Help

Hello,

I need balances for a tilt window, 27" in length, 3/8" diameter, with a white tip, but I don't see this as an option. Please see the attached picture (the white tip became stuck in the tube and I had to cut away part of the tubing in order to see the tip).

Hello! Just to confirm, when you measure the diameter, you're only measuring the outer tube, right? If so, I think our Series 900 spiral balance will work well for you. I would recommend weighing your sash on a scale to determine the best color tip option.
