Spiral Balance ID and Color

Question

MY 30 in 5/8 spiral balance has what looks like a yellow or orange color.  The windowis a hurricane rated glass that is 44x30.  IM in a condo so it is not convenient to remove and weighthe window. This is a single hung window that only the bottom glass moves. SInce i cant match by color what do you recommend?

Hello there. If this spiral balance is 30" and 5/8" in diameter, than you want the S600-30. Your tip color is likely just a faded version of the Red Tip option, which supports a window sash in the weight range of 7 through 29 lbs. Let me know if you have any other questions.
