Spiral Balance Identification

A handy person from Oklahoma says:
Trying to locate a spiral balance for a up and down sliding keller aluminum type window. 17 inches in length. Diameter is about 9/16th (I see 5/8th inch online so maybe it should be counted as that 1/16th larger size). Has the bottom portion that serves as an anchor that is screwed to the bottom of the window. The bottom leg is about 1 3/4 inches long. 3/8th in wide. Spring loaded leg that flexes up and down for install.

Hello,

Take a look at the S500-17 spiral balance, which is commonly used with the 17-012 mounting bracket. You'll also need to weigh the window sash and follow the chart under the spiral balance product description to choose the corresponding strength option. Thank you!
