Spiral Balance Length

Question

Hello.

I need to replace the spiral balances on one of my tilt windows. The current ones measure 3/8 Dia x 28-1/2". Unfortunately I do not see anything other than even inch length in your catalog.

Do I have any options?

Thanks for posting! You should be okay rounding up to 29". Older balances used to be made on the 1/2", but no longer. I find rounding up to the next inch works fine.
