Spiral Balance Mounting Hardware

Question

I just bought 20 spiral balances from you.  When I started to replace them I found the plastic piece that the balance is attached to broken.  This is approximately 1/4" by 1/4" square and it is inserted into the frame.  A screw is fed throught the top of the balance and screwed into this piece of plastic.  I need to know what this piece is called and how to order it.  I decided to just replace all of them, I will need 20.

I believe what you are looking for is a pivot shoe. Take a look through the pivot shoe section to see if you can spot your hardware. You may also need new pivot bars if they have broken. The pivot bar is attached to the window sash and is inserted into the pivot shoe.
