Spiral Balance Question

Just measured the tubes on a customer's spiral balances that need to be replaced. The tubes are 3/8" diameter and the length is 17 and 1/4 inches. Blue tip. Can I order series 900 17" balances or do I need to order up to the nearest inch ie: 18" balances. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I haven't come across a problem when replacing a 17-1/4" balance with a 17" length. You can always install the balance a 1/4" lower if you do. I hope this helps.
