Hello,
The spiral balance shown in your photos resembles the (5/8") S500-31 for non-tilt windows. The white tip options are no longer available for these balances, so you'll need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thanks for posting and let us know if you have any other questions.
