What I really need is a 45" 3/8" super strong spiral balance -- I've seen them described as yellow tipped on other sites. My windows are very heavy and have worn out the existing balances. I didn't see a yellow tipped product of those dimensions on your web site -- can they be obtained by special order?
We can supply this balance with a yellow tip, which carries a sash weight range of 24 through 34 pounds. However it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration.
