Spiral Balance Shoe?

Question

I think this is called the bottom shoe? It's attached to the bottom of the spiral balance and slides up into the channel at the bottom of my window. If you have it, I'been looking right past it. I am led to believe these are capital aluminum windows but I can't be certain.

Hi Jim. We've seen this spiral balance before, but it may have to be custom made with that unique bottom shoe. I am forwarding this discussion to one of my senior colleagues, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with more information. Many thanks.
