Spiral Balance Shoe part number

I need the P/N for the spiral balance shoe that has the 5/16 opening vs the 1/4" wide opening.

Thank you for posting. The pivot shoe you have on the left has a small cam, which we feel our 15-045 pivot shoe could work for you. For the larger cam you have on the right, you may want to see if you can use our 15-212 pivot shoe as a replacement.
