Spiral Balance help

A quick learner from FL says:

Hi. Ive got a single-hung non-tilt window with a bad balance. It is 23" x 3/8", red. I see you have the balance but I dont see the missing the "foot" on the bottom of the window that the spiral hooks onto. Heres a photo looking up at the bottom of the sash. I couldnt find it in your catalog. Its about 2-1/2"L and 38"W. Its marked Caldwell. Do you have these too?

Thanks.

Ken

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi Ken. If the outer tube is 3/8" in diameter, then you need an S400-23. For the bottom bracket, see if you could use our 17-031. Take a look and see what you think.
