Spiral Balance, pivot bar

Question

Hello, I need to replace a set of 17" blue tipped spiral balance, the pivot bars, and the shoes. It is for this window brand, I believe Certainteed.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this but I'm afraid this sticker doesn't help us ID your hardware. We'd need to see photos of the balance assembly, pivot bar, and pivot shoe removed from the window. Written out dimensions of the pivot bar and pivot shoe are also required.
