Spiral Balance identification question

Need help identifying window balances it is 31 inches long. The vinyl tube od is 7/16 and the metal spiral od is 3/8 the tip is a white to clear plastic bottom window tilts and bottom window weight is 20 lb may also need a tool to install them. thanks.

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the diameter of the plastic tube? It should be either 3/8" or 5/8".

Sorry for the late reply. The plastic tube is 5/8.

Thank you! In that case, I recommend our S600-31 spiral balance. I would also recommend the Red Tip option, but weigh your sash just to make sure. Also keep in mind that our balance tubes are metal, not plastic. We find that plastic tubes get brittle and shatter too often.
