Spiral Balance tip colors

A contractor from Staten Island says:

I have balances that need to be replace in my home. While trying to order on line I'm being asked to pick a spring color. The options are black, green and red. My balance is blue and there is no option for blue, so I am unable to proceed. Tell me what to do, please.

It appears the S600-27 Spiral Balance with the Blue tip option is a good replacement.

However, please confirm the 27" measurement is a measurement of the tube portion only. Also, please note you may need a 75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool.
