Spiral Balance with

A landlord from Chicago says:
Hello,
I am having some issues with the windows in a new apartment building I have. I would like to test out replacing the balances on one window and if all goes well, purchase new ones for all windows. I have attached all the pictures your site allows.

2 - New Spiral Balances
31" Tube
9/16" Diameter Tube
Cant tell what color, as seen.... the spiral tube is destroyed
Window is a double hung 53" x 64" vinyl
1 - New Pivot Shoe (maybe both if you suggest)
1 - Spiral Balance Tension Tool
1 - New Sash Stop

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance looks similar to our Series 600 spiral balance. Since we can not really determine which tip color option you need based on this photo, I would recommend you weighing your window sash and referring to our sash weight range chart on the product page to determine which color is the best match for you. You also may want to consider our 75-006 charging tool for your balances as well. It will be useful when replacing them.

On to your pivot shoe. See if the measurements of our 15-118 match yours. Lastly, I do want to let you know that we do not sell sash stops
