Spiral Balance and Shoe replacement

Hey I need to know. What Spiral balance and color tip i need for my window. Currently have 8 spiral balances for my 64x39"  window. I believe they are 32" blue tips 3/8 tubes. There are 2 spirals on each side for top and bottome panel equaling 8. Can I replace Them with just one heavy duty on each side for each panel totaling 4 Heavy duty Spiral Balances. if so what do you recommend. For my 25lb Window panels. Again. it is a 64x39" Window.

Hello there. There are no blue tip spiral balances that are 3/8" in diameter, so most likely you have 5/8" Series 600 Spiral Balances. Please remove and measure to confirm. There are indeed strange setups where you see two balances on each side of the sash; unfortunately there's really no work around that, and it's best to just replace what you have. Please measure out and show me what you're working with and we'll go from there.
