Spiral Balance and plastic parts for single hung tilt out window

Question

My banlace is 3/8 in diamiter and 25 inches long...The release latches say acorn on them . I am looking to replace all parts .

S900-25 is your balance, but I can't tell which plastic shoes you need. Can you send a photo of the plastic pieces you need, and measure their thickness?
