Spiral Balance replacement

This part if 35' in length and 3 1/8 in diameter. There is no color tab, any help would be greatly appreciated. The window says superlite. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We may be able to help, but it looks like the clip (or shoe) at the bottom of your spiral is damaged. I can't make out what it might be. Would it be possible to see an undamaged version? I'd also like to know the weight of the sash and how many balances you need altogether.

Sorry for the delay, but see attached image of clip. Also the sash weighed in at 22 LBs. I have 3 windows that would need this and each windows requires 2 spiral balances's.
