I have a Spiral tilt balance metal tube measuring = 9/16 inch in diameter x 34 inch in length and the colored nylon bushings = Yellow.
Which one should I select?

Based on your details, I would go with our S600-34 spiral balance. I'm not sure about that tip color, though. I recommend weighing your sash to confirm the proper replacement option for our S600-34 balance.
