Spiral Balances

Question

My granddaughter recently purchased a house and we determined there were issues with some of the windows. They are double hung tilt windows. We were fortunate enough that there was some documentation left at the house that showed the purchase of the 25" series 600 spiral balance (S600-25) from your company. I have provided dimensioned sketches of spiral balances needed to repair the windows. The upper window is using a 23" balance and lower uses a 25" balance. I have added what I think are your part numbers. I am looking for confirmation that I have selected the correct parts. I did not remove did not remove the balances but did include pictures of the pivot lock shoes for reference. This is one of about 4 requests I will be submitting as I have multiple photos and you can only accept 5 at a time.

The top and bottom sashes will in fact have different lengths. That said, our S600-23 spiral balance with a red tip and S600-25 with a red tip should work in your window. If you don't already have a spiral balance charging tool, you may want to consider the 75-006 tool to be very helpful with the installation of the balances.
