Spiral Balances

Question

Its a Spiral Balance not sure what series...I ordered the 24 inch 900 series balances from you guys but it doesn't seem to be a heavy enough balance to keep the windows open...Not sure what size these ones are.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the S900-24. Is the balance's outer tube 3/8" in diameter? Is it indeed 24" long? It does appear to have a red tip; did you charge the balance with our 75-006?
