Spiral Balances

Question

I have 2 sets of spiral balances that need to be replaced.
1. 31X 5/8ths inch non-tilt spiral balance with a plate at the botton(Pic #3).
2. 18X 5/5ths inch non tilt spiral balance with a hook that attaches to the window.
Both are blue tipped and I would need a tensioning rod.
I have removed all but the plate on the bottom of the first window (31 inch). I need the parts and then I can install myself. Can you help?

Take a look at the S500-31 and S500-18 spiral balances for non-tilt windows. We offer the 17-012 mounting brackets as well.

As for the colored tips, we offer blue tips for the S500-18 that match your photo. Since the longer balance does not have a colored tip, you'll need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need.
