Spiral Balances & Pivot Shoes Needed

Hi! My name is Kech. I am looking for some part replacements for my windows. The windows are not staying up. I need about 18 spiral balances with the pilot shoes 3/8

Hi Kech. We can help you replace these parts, but we need to see you to confirm the length and diameter of the outer tube of the spiral balances. The diameter should be either 3/8" or 5/8". For the pivot shoes, if you could remove them from the window and confirm the width and thickness of the shoe? That will help us confirm the replacement you need.

We believe you can use the 15-134 pivot shoe that is 31/32" wide by 3/8" thick. The red center cam accepts a 1/4" wide by 3/16" high pivot bar. Please compare with your old hardware to ensure this matches. The 3/8" thick spiral balance will be our S900-29. Please note our balance tubes are made of metal not plastic. Let me know if you have any other comments or concerns.

GM Bob I did get the shipment but the pivot lock shoe where the window will sit at the hole is too small. Everything else is good just the pivot hole is too small. I'll upload a picture for you to see.

We have a 15-212 pivot shoe that is 15/16" wide by 3/8" thick with a larger black center cam that is 5/16" by 3/16" high. Take a look and see if you think this is a better match.
