Size 3/8 Yellow tip 25" tube length Window Weight 20 LB ( need 5 Pieces )
Also Need Pivot Shoes ( Need 3 Pieces ) / Window Latch ( Need 1 Each Of left and Right ) and pivot bar ( Need 2 Pieces )

Thanks for posting. For the balance, see our S600-25. This has a metal tube, but should still work for you. I'd also recommend the Red Tip color tip option. For the pivot lock shoe, see our 15-219 and 26-366 pivot bar. For the white top tilt latches, see the 26-243 and 26-244. Please note that our latches square off at the back where yours is rounded. Ours will fit and cover the sash cut out. Please review and let me know what you think!
