Spiral Clip-On Balance Help

Question

Hi I'm trying to figure out which Spiral Balance and clips I need to get. It seems the clips are gone from the old ones so I am not sure which I need. I attached a picture of the bottom side of the windows with the old Spiral Balance removed
What I do know is there 3/8" 23" Reds

We can't be sure since the end of the spiral of your balance is broken but the (3/8") S400-23 spiral balances for non-tilt windows would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare an intact balance to the image below.

How to measure the length of the Series 400 spiral balance

Unforutnately, there is not one particular bracket used to install these balances. The 17-031 is a common bracket that attaches to the bottom of the sash frame but there are also quite a few that attach to the inner corner of the sash, which you can find under the related items section of the balance product page. Take a look to see if any of these parts could work for your application. Thank you.
