My spiral spring has an aqua or blue cap, but you only offer a white, green or yellow cap. I have not weighed the window, but it is fairly light and suspect I need a white spring.
What say you?

What I say is that you should weigh your sash on a scale. Your balance is probably just an older model made by a different manufacturer, so the best course of action is to play it safe and get the weight. Tip colors change from year to year and manufacturer to manufacturer, but physics never lie.
