Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Good Morning

I'm trying to replace the spiral tilt window balance on my windows. The old balance doesn't have any color tips as it shown on your product. How do I decide which color should I buy?

Hi, good question. If the spiral balance doesn't have a color tip, you'll need to weigh the window sash to determine the weight range it falls into. Just remove the bottom sash and place it on a regular bathroom scale. Let me know if you have any extra questions.
