Spiral Tilt Window Balance

Question

Hello, I have a balance that has broken for my window sash that I need to replace. I cannot identify a tip color for certain. My window is 27 lbs, I have measured the tube diameter at 3/8" and the tube length at 30". There appears to be a marking on the balance of FC A 1375 at the top of the balance where it mounts to the window frame. I have attached photos of the tip, the markings, the tube length and the tube diameter. Thank you for your help

Thanks for posting! Your spiral balance appears to be our S900-30 with a 3/8" diameter. You'll need to select the yellow tip for your 27lb sash. I am confident this is the replacement balance you'll need.
