Spiral Window Balance - plastic

Question

i purchased 307 but the metal version was not supporting the window weight and it would crash everytime. Very similar product.
Unfortunately there is no labeling on this balance.

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear that the Series 307 didn't work for you. You can see our Return Policy here. It looks like you need balances for a tilt window, whereas the Series 307 is for non-tilt windows. It's a bit difficult to read measurements from pictures, but see if your balance's outer tube is 3/8" in diameter and 30" long. If so, you need our S900-30. You will need to obtain the exact weight of your window sash to determine what color tip option you need. Let me know if you have any other questions.
