Spiral Window Balance, what color?

I have a window needing the spiral balance's to be replaced. I pulled the old balances and don't see a color tip on the rod anywhere.
The diameter of the old spiral balance is 3/8", 28" long.
The window that lifts in the track measure's approximately 21"x30"
The spiral balance has the numbers "109" "B" on it. The window is a betterbilt window, placed in the house approximately 1998.

Thank you. Now, based on this information, I would ordinarily recommend our S900-28 spiral balance with a Red Tip option. However, you mentioned that your balance had numbers stamped on it. Series 900 balances don't often have those. Could you maybe take a couple pictures of the balance? I'm wondering if yours is specially made for some reason.
