No markings found on hardware, "GA" on window lock. Metal bottom screws into bottom of window.

Your balance system has been discontinued, but we have a solution. I suggest our 5/8 diameter Series 500 spiral balance with a red tip. I also recommend a 17-012 bottom bracket. We've been using this combination to repair windows like yours for the better part of a century.
