Spiral balance 600-tilt window

My spiral balance is not identified by a color on the tip. It is a 600 style tilt window. It appears to be a plastic white tube that measures 28 3/4" long and 9/16" wide.The bottom sash weighs 16.5 lbs.Could you tell me which spiral balance to order ?
