Spiral balance

Question

I need to replace the spiral balance on casco single hung tilt windows. Do they use the 5/8" diameter? They have red tip and were 29" long

Unfortunately, we do not have a record of the balances used by your window manufacturer. If you could shoe us your balance removed from the window, as well as confirm if the housing tube has a diameter of 3/8" or 5/8", we'd bee happy to confirm if we carry a suitable replacement. Thank you.
