Spiral balance

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with a replacement for your non-tilt window spiral balances but I'll need more information to confirm the correct replacement. 

To start, I'll need to know how the balance attaches to the bottom of the window. If you are able to provide a photo of the bracket/clip/hook that connects it to the bottom of the sash, that would be a great help.
