Spiral balance

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm happy to provide you with a replacement recommendation for the balances you have here but I'll need a bit more information to identify them. To start, do these balances have any stamps/markings on the plastic tube? If so, may I please see a photo?
Also, do your balances have a colored tip inside the bottom of the plastic tube. Should yours not have one, I'll need to know the exact weight of the of the sash for the windows you are replacing the balances in
We do not have any spiral balances made in 3/4" increments, so I suspect this may be a custom assembly. When obtaining the length of the tube, did you include the very tip of the balance? If so, I'll need to know the length of only the plastic tube.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have.

Thanks!

Your balances can be replaced with our S900-23 Spiral Balance. As mentioned these balances aren't typically made in -3/4" increments, so you may need to drill a new installation hole to compensate for the difference in the length.
The blue tip option will support a sash weighing 12 to 22lbs.
We do not have an exact replacement match for your pivot shoe but our 5/8" thick 15-047 Pivot Shoe should work well as a suitable replacement. Take a look over the dimensions and double check them to confirm.

You've confirmed that the length of your balances are 22-3/4"; however, tilt window spiral balances are typically made in whole number increments.
There is a chance that older windows may have used these unusual lengths but, unfortunately, it isn't something made any longer to our knowledge. That said, you'll need the use the 23" balances.
I hope this helps to provide some clarity.
