Hello there. Is this for a tilt window? If so, and if the outer tube, not including the colored tip, is 31" long and 5/8" in diameter, then you have an S600-31 Spiral Balance. I cannot discern the tip color from this photo. To know what color tip to select, weigh the window sash that this spiral balance supports. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each color tip option under the product description on the S600-31 shop page.

I am not sure what you mean by guide. If it's a face guide, see if the 67-027 could work as a replacement. Otherwise we will need photos of the part in question. Many thanks.

Thank you,

For a 30 pound sash, please review the S600-31 with a blue tip option along with the 75-006 charging tool.

I am going to have one of our senior experts further review the bottom guide shown. Are you able to provide a picture of the top guide as well?

The 67-014 face guide is smaller than the original PGT guide but it works perfectly for the PGT windows we've repaired in the past.

To install the guide, use two slotted screwdrivers and slide them an inch into the gap to pry the frame away from the window without leaving visible scratches.
