Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you show us a photo of the end of the extended tip for this spiral balance? We don't have a balance with an 11/16" diameter tube, however. Can you double-check that for us?

Thanks for the quick response. I have attached the end of the balance and the diameter is 1/2".

Thank you kindly for the additional photo, David! This looks like a tilt window spiral balance. I recommend you have a look at the S600-35 with the red tip. The metal tube measures 9/16" in diameter, but it is considered 5/8" in the trade, so it couldn't hurt to triple-check your measurement since 1/2" is very close to 9/16". Review the specifications and let me know if you have any questions.
