Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. What's the diameter of the outer tube? If it's 3/8", see the Series 900. However, if it is 5/8", see the Series 600 instead. You will also need to refer to the color of the tip to determine the correct tip option. Note that the length is determined by measuring only the outer tube.

Hello again.
It is 3/8ths. But I was unable to see a color tip. This is where it attaches to our window normally.

In that case, you'd want the Series 900. If you don't see a color tip, you will have to weigh the window sash on a scale. Once you determine the length and weigh the sash, you can refer to the weight chart under the product description on the S900 store pages.
